Purpose & Bylaws

ARTICLE I — NAME The name of the organization shall be the National Transportation Operators Association ("NTOA"). ARTICLE II — PURPOSE NTOA is organized to advance the interests of truck drivers and owner-operators through group savings programs, member benefits, education, and connection with reputable industry partners. ARTICLE III — MEMBERSHIP Membership is open to any driver or owner-operator who joins directly or through an approved partner such as Zion Underwriting. Members in good standing are entitled to the benefits published by NTOA from time to time. ARTICLE IV — DUES Membership dues and any promotional pricing shall be set by NTOA and published on the official website. Dues are subject to change with notice. ARTICLE V — GOVERNANCE NTOA shall be governed in accordance with policies adopted by its leadership. Amendments to these bylaws may be made as needed and will be posted on the official website. ARTICLE VI — AMENDMENTS These bylaws may be amended at any time by NTOA leadership; the current version posted on ntoassoc.com governs.
